Drawing inspiration from Chef Kumar's Portuguese-Indian heritage and Sidecut's culinary ethos, each dish is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to tantalize the senses and captivate the palate.
At the heart of this culinary experience lies the introduction of A5 Olive Fed Wagyu, a premium steak sourced from specialized cattle fed with a unique diet on Shodoshima Island, Japan. Sidecut proudly stands as the sole restaurant in Canada to offer this exceptional delicacy, renowned for its rich flavor and exquisite marbling. The Wagyu's unparalleled taste and delicate texture are the result of a rare feeding regimen, featuring toasted and caramelized olives, resulting in a steak of unmatched quality and distinction.
