SIDECUT modern steakhouse presents its beloved dinner preparations of the finest prime, hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood from the crisp Pacific waters, classic sides, as well as impressive debut dishes imagined by our Executive Chef Sajish Kumar.

Our meats are Canadian prime, born and raised in the Alberta grasslands. Only 1-3% of all cattle raised on the Carghill High River Ranch equate to this prime grade, making our beef the highest quality.

A culinary masterpiece found exclusively at Sidecut Steakhouse, making us the sole destination in all of Canada to savour this exceptional delicacy. Sourced from the pristine Shodoshima island in Japan's Kagawa Prefecture, this extraordinary steak hails from a herd of only 1,700 Sanuki cattle, making it exceptionally scarce. Each bite of A5 Olive Wagyu is a testament to the heritage, meticulous care, and unparalleled quality.
