Our Food

Following a luxurious redesign, SIDECUT presents its beloved dinner preparations of the finest prime, hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood from the crisp Pacific waters, classic sides, as well as impressive debut dishes imagined by our Executive Chef Sajish Kumar.

Our meats are Canadian prime, born and raised in the Alberta grasslands. Only 1-3% of all cattle raised on the Carghill High River Ranch equate to this prime grade, making our beef the highest quality.
