Chef Sajish Kumar Das fostered his passion for cooking from an early age–in the family kitchen, learning the recipes and culinary traditions of his Portuguese-Indian (Goan) roots. Transforming passion into profession, Das holds a diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management in Goa, India. He has spent time at five-star properties in India, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar and Canada with acclaimed luxury brands including Taj, Grand Hyatt, Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. Das brings over 20 years of dining expertise–dedicated to delivering memorable and flawless service to each and every guest.
